A 3-1 defeat as I predicted. It is only going to get worse.

Looks like Bonser will preside over another relegation to League Two, how will he spin that fact?

I feel sorry for all you guys living in the Midlands and having to go an watch that rubbish. I left Cannock and now live in Istanbul but get back for about 5 games a year. I'm in Ankara tonight but when I get back to Istanbul tomorrow I am going to burn the shirt I bought at the Swindon game. Seems like Liam Dickinson was a great loan signing as his name hardly appeared on the BBC text commentary. Wish I could go back to the time I was patting David Kelly on the back at Fellows Park in '88. Those 'were' the days. Up the Saddlers.

Got to tune in in the morning for all match reaction.
Hopefully by then the match reaction will be something worth hearing.

The only thing worth hearing would be that he resigned.

The match report on the Peterborough OS suggests we played well, and created numerous chances and near misses.
Somehow though, that clearly is no longer enough. And the defence is obviously not up to standard.
I see the 'Walker Effect' halted the trend in downward attendances  . Just 2,847 Saddlers there tonight - slightly more than I thought there would be, but still terrible.

Re: Peterborough United (H) League 1 Tuesday 2/11/10.
Just got in and I wished I'd of stopped at home.
It's just getting beyond a joke now. We have a rubbish defence, we've got no midfield and the strikers can't do nothing at all.
The new strikers did absolutley nothing apart from head a ball about 3 yards wide when he had about 4 days to decide where it was going.
Macken, I didn't realise he was on the pitch until the 35th minute.
Shows how bad it is to be nailed on MOTM if you score these days! Everyone in the ground was shocked when he got it and he must of been because he did nothing at all after that.
I just can't see how Hutchings won't walk after that, he just hasn't got a clue and it's just getting more and more embarrasing.
Fleetwood have a bye into the second round on Saturday, we might aswell just let them have it and not bother turning up.

Re: Peterborough United (H) League 1 Tuesday 2/11/10.
We didn't play too bad created many chances and looked dangerous, it's just that both CB's are cack! What can McDonald do? he cant seem to direct headers or clerances, Smith is now a shadow of his former self, never hear any communication between them two. Shambles.
If our defence was half decent today we would have drawed or even pushed 3 points.
Oh and that Dickinson was cack, what did he do?
Was nice to hear loud "Hutchings out" "were cack and we know we are" and a decent "Saddlers" after our goal.

Lack of communication between players.
Shambolic defending.
Poor loan signings.
I wonder who can b eblamed for all that!
Answers on a post card please to the happy clappers.

Walker 6 - Could have done better, I think he could probably have made an attempt to save the 2nd. For the 1st, he was stranded.
Westlake 6 - Tried hard, but got caught out a couple of times.
Smith 6 - Still not performing quite as well as he used to, he just seems to fall asleep at times.
Mcdonald 6 - Tends to make silly mistakes
Mcgivern 7 - Poor first half, but improved during the 2nd half
Gray 6 - Good goall, but didnt offer much else
Devaney 7 - Tried hard
Richards 10 - Did you see how many through balls he played? How about the countless tackles he made? How he didnt get man of the match, I dont know, What a terrific performance. he's an amazing player. Did you see the amount of ground he covered? He makes all those great central midfielders Scholes, Nolan, Lampard and Gerrard look awful. Why is he not in the England squad??
Taundry 2 - Despite getting forward more than Richards, getting back more than Richards, completing more passes than Richards and tackling more than Richards, Taundry was awful.
Macken 6 - Too old
Dickinson 6 - Didnt look bothered, this is the trouble with loans, no committment.

My 1st and probably last game of the season. Complete and utter dross!!
Dickinson, now I know why he has been to so many clubs! reminded me of a tall Heskey. had trouble staying on his feet.
Can not for the life of me understand why Reid was only a sub. He was the only bit of class tonight in a team that really doesn't seem to care.
Can't see us getting out of this mess any time soon unless dog face goes and takes the crap loanees with him

Just when I thought I couldnt lose anymore respect for you, you class Nolan as a 'Great' midfielder :D
