Bit annoying. At least my Christmas won't be ruined by Walsall getting thrashed though.

Well, what do I know. I underestimated the general crudness of the Bristol Rovers pitch - should have known better  .

The return match, and an entirely predictable 2-0 defeat in front of 150 away masochists - I mean, Saddlers  .

Make that 2-0, and DZ's probably eaten all the crumbs by now.

Yeah I'm going to go 2-0 to Brizzle too.

Big Baz to get off the minibus and is immediatly surrounded by excited 15 year old girls screaming "oh my God, it's Andy Roddick"

no need for a form guide after what we saw on Saturday .

I predict our unbeaten run (Hutch's words not mine) to continue with a 1-1 draw Deeney on target .

Agreed, racing certainty......lets hope Oldham have a stinker on Staurday!Thats as long as we dow get these minus
12/14 degree temperatures everyone is predicting...mind you it always feels like that at Boundary Park..even in summer!
:)

i was actually sitting in the warm sun at Grimbsy once, and i thought i had pnuemonia. Never been to Oldham though, i might one day to sample this cold air....

I'd rather go to Grimsby to sample those awesome fish and chips again. One of the benefits of relegation, perhaps ? :D

Although knowing my luck, we'll go down just as Grimsby drop out of the league, and I'll still miss out on that eagerly-awaited re-acquaintance with the east coast. :?

Interesting line-up.

Walsall: Clayton Ince, Netan Sansara, Richard Taundry, Darryl Westlake, Jamie Vincent, Clayton McDonald, Dwayne Mattis, Peter Till, Matthew Richards, Troy Denney, Alex Nicholls.
Substitutes: Rene Gilmartin, Mark Hughes, Mark Bradley, Josh O'Keefe, William Grigg, Sean Geddes, Darren Byfield.

Parkin out of it completely and Byfield dropped.

Big game for Alex Nicholls now.

Just seen that on the Beeb, Biggles. Improvement certainly. I see from the (usually awful) text commentary that we've been banging a few crosses in too. Maybe we're learning not to show the opposition too much respect like we normally do. It's a confidence thing, eh?

nice one Taunds!
