Tuesday night, I suppose, with two away games either Saturday each side including the FA Cup to tempt the budget-conscious, but that's a low figure. :(

Have to say I am surprised at that, particularly given the recent form. The weather might have kept a few occasionals from going maybe.

Dirty Keigan Parker now on the pitch for Oldham. That's three subs used (one forced).

James Wilson sent off for Brentford - they'll be struggling to find eleven for Saturday :D

5 bookings and a sending off now, sounds like a rough game.
BBC stats only show a total of 15 fouls

They had ten men granted, but seems like a comfortable easy win for us. Nothing to grumble about tonight.

Nice to see Deeney grab two. Jones is appearing to be hitting some fine form, and we can even afford to take byfield off early

2pts of a playoff spot - I may actually become a believer in the little old Walsall story again if this continues - all we need now is a jolly old cup run

Did you miss my smiley?

You did say he's not good enough at the moment though. If scoring two goals and assisting another tonight in a 3-0 home win isn't "good enough", I wonder what is?

Hartlepool, Sarfend and Yeovil all lost, giving us a decent cushion against the midtablers (11 - 16) below.

O'Keefe & Bradley were brilliant in the middle tonite, Sansara had a very good game too, Oldham are one of the dirtiest sides ive see in a long time.

Hardly likely for a fringe website :D

I agree tho, job done. Sounds like Brentford will have to play the tea lady on Saturday so hopefully we can proceed in cup (acknowledges massive banana skin following that statement :D )

Maybe we can go on a run ala DD. The cynical part of me says surely Boner is already plotting for all contingencies and offering Jones, Byfield, Smith etc etc round as we speak. The optimist in me says COME ON YOU SADDLERS :D

good performance against another mediocre side. Surprised by the way we struggled to break them down once they were down to ten men.

Deeney took his goals well and we push up the table. I think the real test will come against southampton, if we can get 3 points against them, then we're really be in the mix.

Nice to see okeefe starting, but i was a little perplexed, hutchings has only seen fit to use him as sub once in 4 months of football...so we all kind of thought he must be well below par. In he comes tonight and he looks quite comfortable, and certainly no worse than bradley, so one wonders why he wasnt given a chance earlier in the season?

Attendance was, as i predicted, awful. 3200

No we didnt, and thats one of our failings IMO. We dont have the ability of successful sides to step it up when we need to. We're good enough to beat sides like oldham and stockport, but when under pressure, we struggle.
