For those who have backed Darren to score today, something to consider?

I'm going to say 2-0, Deeney with a brace, 3,952, 300 Grecians.

Both goals from Jones.

Gutted to miss the game today. I hope Sir Ray got the welcome he deserves (I can't imagine anything but a great reception)

Playing awful and 3-0 up. I'll take that. Delighted to see Deeney amongst the goals.

Fitting scoreline to match Sir Rays return although it didn't really sound like we were playing sparkling stuff, but can't complain about 3-0 :D

Hopefully Jones can really get a run in side and the goals now. One of ther few quality platers we have got

we were terrible first half
second half we pretty much dominated
deeneys goal looked offside

Smith was our best player closely followed by Jones

Must say Jones's second was a cracker

I have to give the ref a mention too. Let the game flow really well

I dont think Exeter deserved to lose 3-0

Chesney aka Steve Jones best player on the field by miles, stupidist yellow card of the season from Shaggy aka Rhys Weston and for once Dr Evil aka Matt Richards dint have a bad game, he looks hilarious with his new shaved head.

The scoreline partic from the first half is harsh on Exeter but its 3 points that matter.
First 25 mins we were crud, they were all over us and I feared the worst. The goals came against the run of play but totally turned everything around. The second Jones goal was quality. The MOTM award finally went to the right man.Jones ran his heart out all game and totally deserved the plaudits.
The presentation to Ray was at half time - I just wished the great man had 10,000+ cheering his award but it was good to hear the rendition of 'theres only one ray graydon' again.
Second half we showed confidence and looked like a different team.Deeneys goal I think was off side but he showed a cool head to finish off a one on one situation. Only down note Im afraid Bradley still doesnt look at the races.Ince did a good job on for Gilmartin - hope its nothing too serious.
Overall it was fair to say the scoreline flattered us but who cares - the sun shone, Sir Ray appeared and we have 3 points so for once Im a happy girl after leaving the ground.

Me three.

It was off side but I think that the linesmen and ref saw it as a rebound from the Exeter player and not Bradley.

It was a bird lineswoman (albeit one with short hair and no breasts)... she doesn't understand the offside tule  Tin hat on,

I agree with everything posted so far by match goers. Once Jones scored he seemed to grow in confidence and his perfomance inproved in turn. I doubt he would have tried that run and shot for the second goal if he hadn't scored the first and after the second he was so hungry for his hat trick he was trying all sorts.

I thought Manny Smith ran him close for MOTM. He was superb today, winning tonnes of ball. The reason we were so poor in the first half hour, was that our midfield just couldn't hold onto the itl. Just like second half last week, they seemed determined to pass the ball to the opposition at every opportunity.

Second half passing improved massively, especially once Exeter went down to ten men. The sending off was absolutely correct, but how stupid getting sent off for two stupid blocks on the half way line.

I'd say Troy was offside for the third, but he finished it really well

A good ref? A good ref? Surely not? We don't do good refs, do we?

BTW - see? Sir Ray turns up and everything turns out lovely!

INVITE HIM EVERY WEEK, FGS!
