Tranmere Rovers (A) League 1 Saturday 12/9/09.

Sun Sep 06, 2009 8:24 am

A look at hosts dreadful start to the season.

Yeovil = away - lost - 0-2
Gillingham - home - won- 4-2
M K Dons - home - lost - lost- 0-1
Leeds - away - lost- 0-3
Charlton - home - lost- 0-4
Calisle - away - lost- 0-3

Just 3 points leaves Tranmere 23rd in the table . with rumoures rife that rookie manager John Barnes is very closed to the sack.

Predicton , If we are to turn this season around this has to be an away win

0-2 Deeney and Nicholls on target.

Tranmere 0-7 Walsall
Jockey evo asps and tape to form a rival dancing group and challenge the dance group consisting of exile mmf dancing kev and latvian cheese to a dance off at half time on the pitch. The judge Big Baz gives the victory to exiles dance group after he threatens him with a banning order from uts. 8) Both dance groups to wear tight pink and black suits designed by asps.

John Barnes - as a manager, he's possibly the only challenger to Merson as least likely to succeed.

W...E...M... (appropriate hand actions to apply).

Tranmere 1-2 Walsall, with two Saddlers sent off.

Cheesebag to wear a pink tutu and sing 'Thumbelina' in the style of Led Zepelin during the quiet spots. A quick whip-round provides him with a couple of Fisherman's Friends to make it all worth while. Everyone to go home humming 'dainty little thing'...

1 - 1

Tinned and Evo to drink the place dry, then proceed to chant Eddie Sonko's name all match before realising he's playing for the opposition.

Tranmere have not scored in five of their six League games. We have not scored in any of our last three.

0-0.

1 - 1

King Crimson to recite a selection of his odes during the half time break. The vast majority of the Trampmere fans to realise he is "one of them" and demand to know his secrets for esacping Scouseland.

A mate of mine says they've been terrible so far this season.
Meanwhile, we can't seem to score.
I'll go for 1-1 purely on the basis that I think we're not bad enough to get nothing but Ricketts is bound to score. :?

If we cant be crud like this, the manager should be sacked immediately.
Anything less than 3 points is a disaster.

Looking at highlights of the goals they have conceded their defence looks terrible. Anyone who crosses the ball appears to score. So nil nil it is then :D

Actually I would probably agree with Rob's summing up above MR is bound to score, just hope we can. This should be on a Friday night anyway, at least in the dark you can't see as much of Birkenhead.

We've gotto hit these at 200pmh from the off, get an early goal and the floodgates will open, whats the betting Ricketts scores the winner?

Scousers to wear stripy tops and shoot someone on a cycle.

Walsall to win 1-0. Ricketts to show creativity.

High scoring 1-1 draw. Parkin og for them, Ricketts og for us.

Byfield will have a shot, which will encourage many onlookers that when he's match fit around November there could be more shots to come.

Apparently they have got a new striker from Grenada

Good news is Barnes really rates him so he must be useless :D
