Im glad im a stay away, as not only could i not stomach watching us get battered, i also couldnt stomach seeing us outnumbered, outsung, and outclassed in our own backyard.

just got back,

that first half was a joy to behold
has to be one of the best halfs iv seen in a long long time at the bescot
the key was that we kept possesion very very well

we were ok second half, just soaked up a little pressure but to be honest they never looked like scoring in open play

Everyone played excellent too !

Well done to all. I've been harsh on Deeney but three goals in three games speaks for itself.

The new management team must also take some of the credit - hard to see us winning this with JM.

As for Leeds? Who cares :wink: ?

I've not come away from a game feeling like that in a while. A well deserved hard faught win. Well done to all the players, I think everyone played their part. Special mentions for Deeney, Jabo, and Zaboob. And how nice it was to have players playing in their proper positions. I thought Palmer had a decent game :o as did the whole of the back four. Ince was comanding and his taking the pee of Trundle was hilarious.

Just a thought... wonder what the police bill was for today? From Wall island (near Lichfield) where they were "holding" the coaches to go together, we saw several police cars on our trip into Walsall, obviously loads around the ground, special "walls" to keep us apart - I suppose the fact that there was no trouble (that I know of) justifys their actions, but it felt like a war-zone at the end.

Cracking result, just the fillip the club needs after a tough couple of months. Great credit to players, MOC and Hutch. Gutted I couldn't be there.

That was ace, an unattractive game which is more down to the Leeds tactics than ours, we battled brilliantly in every position and closed down the Leeds hoofers at the back.

The players seemed to be more organised and more workmanlike, they appeared to be once again playing for each other and the manager (you hope), not like the disorganised bickering that seemed to be the makeup of the Mullen era.

Very satisfying, I thought that a point in these back to back home games was all we could hope for, so Im already chuffed with that. Leicester will certainly pose more than a poor Leeds team with odd tactics.
