2-0 to them.

Mullen to be banished from the technical area to the stands for frequent PDAs in Palmer's direction. Palmer not embarrassed.

This is a key game for me

Lose and we are only 6 points in front of Cheltenham and possibly the relegation places.

We then have Stockport at home followed by Tranmere and Carlisle away.

I wonder if Bonser is thinking where we will be when the transfer window opens? He must sack Mullen if we lose on Saturday, must't he?

as for predictions? Cheltenham, 7 points from 9. Walsall 3 points from 15. Martin Allen seems to have got them fired up and Mullen has got our lot in disarray.

Cheltenham 2 Walsall 1. My normally half full glass is looking a little empty right now :(

only game i've enjoyed this season was against this lot in the JPT a few months back, same result would be nice but i think we'll get turned over.

I`m afraid 5 or 6 goals against wont get him out, only 3rd from bottom will, and that will be after the January sales

I am tempted to go on Saturday as it’s my birthday but I don’t know if I can be bothered to go and watch us lose and see all the balls having to go back to Palmer who will then juts punt it up the field and hope that it reaches a Walsall player.

My first away match of the season and I'm looking forward to the beer. I've long since stopped letting the result of the football upset me or get in the way of a nice day out.

I can't see past a home win for what it's worth.

We really have to get something on Saturday, particularly as I expect little from the following three games against Stockport, Tranmere and Carlisle.

For some reason, and inspite of whatever decisions Mullen will make, I think we'll win. 2-1  .

I really don't want us to lose. BUT, if we do and Mullen gets the sack because of it then I won't be too upset.

MULLEN OUT.

A draw. Sheff gets his 'point for December' prediction correct.

Mullen puts up team sheet with players in right positions. Pigs fed and watered and ready to fly.

I think Asps intention was to highlight 'take' and it's various meanings tbh, geoff.

I'll be going. Nice easy place to get to and decent pub near the ground.

8-8 draw methinks. :?

I think that earlier in the month I predicted a draw at Cheltenham. Now I can't see anything but another defeat, probably due to an 88th minute goal when we were standing at 1-1 and defending a point while taking off a central defender in favour of an attacking midfielder.

Why I have these thought I just don't know, I mean no-one would ever do that at 1-1 with 2 minutes plus stoppage time to go, WOULD THEY ?? :?

Cheltenham 0 Walsall 1
Alex Nicholls with the goal, and is then booked for taking his shirt off revealing a t-shirt with "Bring back Heinz Baked Beans pizza's" across it.

kiansmom to be given a stern glaring at by a steward for casually throwing paper aeroplanes at Martin Allan :|

With Mattis, Roberts and Hughes out, I'm going to change my mind and now say a likely defeat. A central midfield pairing of Bradley and Taundry is just not strong enough. Add to that the probable continued perseverance with Palmer over Boertien and Deeney over Reich and it can only end in tears. Ours.
