Carlisle United (H) League 1 Saturday 27/09/08
So the Saddler host a side that has the same points as us and the same goal difference as us so far this season, the two sides cannot be any closer. Also we've won our last two games against Bristol Rovers and Brighton, where as Carlisle have lost their last two games against Scunthorpe and Leeds.
How Carlisle's results have gone so far :
Bristol Rovers (A) - Won 2-3
Crewe (H) - Won 4-2
Leyton Orient (A) - Drew 0-0
Yeovil (H) - Won 4-1
Southend (H) - Won 2-1
Scunthorpe (A) - Lost 2-1
Leeds Utd (H) - Lost 0-2
I think this game will be a very tough game but i think The Saddlers will be victorious and make it 3 wins on the bounce where as The Cumbrians will sink to their 3rd straight defeat.
Jabo to get the goal
4,569 to be present with around 500 of them being Carlisle fans.

I'll go 1-1 as i've predicted 1-1 for the past two games and we've ended up winning.
Jabo to score.
around 5,000 with 700ish from Carlisle.

Most likely to be our toughest test yet, big strong promotion favourites this lot. I would be happy making my away from the bescot at 5pm, knowing we held a promotion favourite to a point.
My heart says 2-2
My head says 2-1 carlisle.
4,904
727 from carlisle.

Geoff just come back to the games, we need all the support we can get. I know you have an issue with JB but just come to cheer the lads on.

Re: Carlisle United (H) League One Fixture - Saturday 27/09/08
It ought to be a fantastic atmosphere, and if the team can keep their feet on the ground and not get carried away with the hype, this really should be worth a goal on its own. A chorus of 'we only need nine men' should go down well. Lets hope too for a suitable memorial for Geoff Allman - both with a well observed silence, and then a solid win, backed by a passionate crowd - football at its best. Good time to be back Exy...

I've decided to hold back on travelling down to Cardiff for a party for a couple of hours so that I can go to the game. So, for that reason alone, we will either win comfortably or get hammered.

Walsall to win 1-0 with 24th minute piledriver from Stephen Hughes, that I'll miss due to being in the bog.
Angry protests outside afterwards, from fans furious at the team winning with 11 men.
Exile to miss the kick off, due to being taken to see the new "Next fixture" sign by the away end car park.
Geoff to land his holicopter on the pitch at half time, and immediatly offer everyone a free turkey at Christmas :D

2-1 to us. Jabo with the winner, unveiling an 'Exile is God' slogan on his vest in his goalscorer's celebration. :D
And receiving a second yellow card for it. :?
