Yeovil Town (Away) League 1 Saturday 9/8/08.
The wait is nearly over , new manager, new coach , an host of new players .
New hopes new dreams .
Our season kicks off at Huish Park where our last 2 visits have proved to be very eventful . a 2-1 defeat best remember for an horrific injury to Darren Wrack and a 2-0 victory in a game played in horrendus weather conditions . Law of averages says a draw is on the cards. Stuff that i'm going for a 1-2 away win.

I'll be there, got ticket today 8)
It will be 0-0 with neither side wanting to lose first game.
BTW, if you thought our squad was bad take a look at Yeovil's. It seems the fans are expecting relegation as they have only 12 squad players??

The 2002-2003 season, when we lost 2-0 at home to Ipswich.
Gotta fancy us to continue that sequence. I fancy us for a 3-1 win - Ibhere (2) and Mattis.

I think it'll be a solid 1-1 draw. Mattis with our goal.

A 2-2 draw.
With lots of attacking football from Mullen's Walsall. I am really going to miss the Richard Money style of football
See you all there

Grinding 0-0 draw, eleven men behind the ball, which is going to be hoofed to the hulking lone forward at every opportunity.
Enough about Yeovil's ambitions, a 2-1 win for the Saddlers, goals from Mattis and Asbo.
5734 in attendance, 865 from Walsall.
