Interesting! A little risky with no keeper on the bench but might work out for us. Who would go in goal if Ince had to come off? Do we have a designated 'outfield keeper' a la Rio Ferdinand?! :D

I reckon it will be a 451 as you've said above Dave, at least for the firs 60 mins anyway and see how the game is panning out.

Is Nicholls injured? He hasn't figured for the last couple of games even on the bench. I think he offers more of a goal threat than Deeney so would rather see him there, but if he's crocked obviously that explains it.

I would agree with that Bristol. Deeney was not up to it when he came on during Tuesday's game, would pick Nicholls ahead of him at the moment. Nicholls played for the reserves at Oldham in the week, so maybe he picked up a knock there, or is just not in DD's thinking for the 1st team squad at the moment.

Very pleased with the result and performance hopefully we have stopped the rot , we are still in a play off place its all to play for.
