Can't believe you think there are instances when MMF may not be right.
MMF is always right.

Against the best team in the league, at their place, with our only recognised senior striker missing, its not a surprise. At least we weren't thrashed. Without significant reinforcements, play offs are our upper limit - and at the beginning of the season we'd have taken that with considerable joy.

Must be he's bagged another .
Good performance tonight alls not lost were still a play off place , to quote WM no shame in losing to a team that will be playing championship football next term , we could still be there with them.
All we need now is DD to pledge his future here.

All we need now is to find a bloody striker, otherwise all the hard work to date will go to waste

Still fifth, still three points clear of seventh, by my reckoning. Not a bad night, viewed that way.

I did'nt expect anything tonight but feel disappointed all the same. When you consider that we lost to the runaway league leaders so narrowly when being relatively under strength in key areas - both midfield and upfront - makes you wonder what might have been.
We really have a chance of making the play offs. But that little extra strengthening could make all the difference.

[arrogant mode to keep the readers happy]Correct. And I will be proven right again when Constable scores enough goals to prove that I was right in saying we should have kept him until the end of the season at least, and Mark Wright has already proved that
If only Walsall fans realised how much damage they do to our young players confidence then we might achieve something. Wright is the same player as last season but he has the backing of fans giving him confidence to do what he was always capable of. He doesn't have hundreds of people willing him to fail and getting on his back when he does.[/arrogant mode]

MMF, I dont know you and perhaps I will never Know you but the last few days you have talked a lot of sense. It is up to the rest of the fans to take note of your rational views. Well done.

Not sure that's entirely right to be honest. Up until he got that hat-trick a couple of weeks ago, MK fans didn't seem to rate him at all! I don't know whether you read any other football forums, but they were calling him light-weight and that he never got a decent cross in. Amazing what some goals will do though!

Well I must be arrogant as well, because those are my thoughts exactly.

Odd, cos he'd already scored many goals before the hat trick. The fact remains, some fans wrote him off too soon, as they did with Butler. Look at Benjamin this season. A donkey apparently when I was saying he's fine for League Two, which he was.
