Youth Team v. Cambridge United 10/8/07

Just a quick post to say that the U18s beat their Cambridge counterparts 5-1, in a very entertaining game, in the afternoon sunshine, at Pelsall Villa, today. Mick Halsall and Bill Jones were in charge and it was good to see Dicky Dosh and Eric McManus (and Rene Gilmartin!) there for the second half, after training. Obviously, it was only against Cambridge, a Conference club, but, nevertheless, it was an impressive performance from the Walsall lads.

No, they're over-age, now - it was Davies, Schwarz, etc.
