I'll go for a 1-1 draw. Just enough for Money and Bonser to stick with the current lot for another couple of weeks.

Will you be spending your royalties from writing the copy on the front page on a Business Class ticket to Hartlepool, Rob?

Now there's an idea.

Unfortunately, I have alternative arrangements this weekend. They involve my student union bar.

Optimistic 2-1 win for me, but we need to have different personnel to yesterday - Wrack centre-midfield, and I'd rather start Deeney than Butler. Sonko is our best midfielder and must play 90 minutes, I don't care if he's on hunger strike he's the a bit of quality we have.

Dont know where you get that idea from Geordie....I got the impression from people ive spoken to and UTS that we played no better against Millwall...we just made a lucky substitution and were the "least worst team"... :?

I get that impression from having been to every away league game so far this season.

There is no come-back to that.

Oh dear. How bad were we, Steve? :(

Hope you had a nice day out anyway.

Just thought I'd post this now, and save time on Saturday evening, when I can just quote this again.

I had a great time, but we were really poor. Still I guess it's 3 points in the bag, and that goal that Clayton scored, I'm amazed the ref allowed the deflection off the stand

You mean defiant until the end, taking no account of odds or numbers of the enemy.

Hmmmm, I like it!

I've never bet against Walsall before the Millwall game when I said we'd lose... and we WON!

On that note i'll go for a Walsall loss again.

Would you prefer a nice attacking open game and a 3-0 defeat then?

There really is no pleasing you at times is there. I've got a customer like you, I could give him 2 of the most gorgeous girls in the world for a bit of a menage-a-trois and he'd complain asking where the 3rd girl was.

In our current form I'd say a 2-0 loss. On our day with a bit of luck a 0-1 win. I just hope it's the latter against a team with, IMO, a set of the friendliest fans around.

The sad fact is we do not appear capable of such a performance.

Hartlepool have moved on. We have not. 2-0 defeat :(
