I think we could struggle.not because I'm a pessimist or I think things are going wrong.Just that I think the last two games will take their toll, and listening to DD on WM,he doesn't think he's got many alternatives and I think he play a very similar team.A point would be great-then we've got nearly a fortnight to recuperate and integrate the new signings.

Yep - I'd go along with that. I'd be overjoyed with a win though. If we take 4 points each from Shrews, Rovers and Posh that wouldn't have been bad going really.

Fully expect a defeat, but its only 35 mile from me so I can get home quickly if I'm in a foul mood...
The Posh have spent some cash, Aaron McLean is becoming a permanent signing in January and has done quite well so far.. I think they've also splashed out £200k on 2 players from Dagenham & Redbridge, a centre half and Craig Mackail-Smith, but they won't be available.

You fear for no reason, ill be registered to play central midfield and well win 14-3
Excellent, I'll go in goal, Do they have any tall, slanty midfielders?!!!!
If not, I'm sure we could find one for them... Give us a strong advantage.
I'll be the miserable fan shouting abuse from the touchline, "kick the ponce in the pink sweat-bands, kick him hard"

Good God I read this thread and had to check the fixtures to make sure it was Peterborough and not Manchester United we are visiting tomorrow.
We havn't lost in 4, they have lost their last 4 on the bounce.
We beat them 5-0 at home despite being a man down.
They have lost 5 times at home, as many as they have won, we havn't lost away since September the 9th - almost 4 months!!
Maybe we will lose tomorrow, maybe not, but some of the doom and gloom is quite remarkable.

Looking at the situation from afar, not attending matches and reading all your posts. Has DD taken this set of players as far as they can go... it would seem that other teams have sussed us out and now know how to play against us... ie by atttacking and not just stopping us play. I still think we will get promoted but changes need to be made .......... I predict a positive result against the Posh tomorrow
