Nice bit of commentary "Scott Dann assesses his options in the showers at Bescot."

I hope you are right. But is not this the most defensive starting line up you could imagine? We are, after all, top of the league

Its the line-up plus the extra player (obviously) that did so well against Shrewsbury the other day. I really don't get your point to be honest, who would you have picked from what is available instead of what DD has??

While its half time let me tell you about a coach driver I met the other day on one of my London tours. The group was from Singapore and were more interested in talking about football than listening to my (brilliant) commentary - wonder why 8) Anyway, I let the group know who I supported and blow me if the driver didn't pipe up and say "I used to be the Saddlers official team bus driver" When, said I. When **** ****** was manager he said. Any stories, I asked. Great bloke said the driver, one of the lads. As if we didn't know

And what do you know, Hector "useless" Sam lashes home to become joint top scorer at the club in terms of what matters - league goals.
Some folk have a very funny definition of "useless".

Well done Hector Sam!!!

I agree that our line ups this season have been very cautious, but the priority is getting out of this division as quickly as possible and it seems to be working. (Easy for me to say living in Tokyo and not watching the games, i know!)

I just think a little faith wouldn't go amis Surrey to be honest, we know what we are going to get with DD and its worked thus far, if it doesn't work we also know he WILL change it.

Forgot to say WELL DONE HECTOR, he's made a good contribution in December and deserves some praise.

Went downstairs to get a drink expecting it to finish 1-1.
Passed the living room and my brother was watching Soccer Saturday, came on the videprinter that ZiDann had scored.
In a good mood cos i thought we'd scraped a win, went downstairs and made a cuppa.
Came back up and popped in living room again.
Videprinter flashed them scoring in the 90th minute and i clenched my fists forgetting i'd got cuppa in hand.

Spilt hot tea down my front!!

GRRR!!!

What a nightmare. To score in 88th and then give it away in 90th is truely shocking.
Cant wait for the new players to come in, we need them for a bit of a boost.
Thats 15 without scoring for Butler as well.
