Bury (A) League Tuesday 5/12/2006

Mon Nov 27, 2006 10:08 pm

Should be a close game but we have a good chance of winning, they have only won 2 of their last six home games.

Having said that i'll go for Bury 1 Walsall 1 with Butler getting the goal.

Think we might have to settle for a point here, 1-1 with Bishop and Butler back on the mark.

If we can keep a clean sheet we'll nick another 1-0 though.

The players will have had a bit of a rest by then! Bury may have not won many of there games but have picked up a bit recently! Maybe sneak another win!

I heard someone say that Butler would have to miss Tuesdays match because of him reaching 5 bookings .. can anyone shed any light on this ?

Having said thet i would probably take a draw before kick off because Bury have been doing well lately and ive never seen us win there before

There are only 4 recorded on Soccerbase. (Interestingly, all but one since his goal drought started).

Form Guide

Bury last 6 league games

BOSTON UNITED - HOME - WON 2-1
NOTTS COUNTY - AWAY - WON 1-0
ROCHDALE - AWAY- WON 3-1
WREXHAM - HOME - WON 1-0
BRISTOL ROVERS - HOME - LOST 0-2
SWINDON TOWN - AWAY - LOST 1-2

My prediction Bury 0 - 2 Walsall , Butler with a brace on 23 and 78 minutes.

It's the frustration of playing alongside Sam. ;)

I don’t care about the performance as long as we win and get another 3 points towards promotion.
