Probably unwise to make a prediction having just witnessed our best display for years, but what the hell.
3-0 to us. Butler with 2 and Fox with the other.

As long as we dont get carried away with a just have to turn up attitude given the opposition's league position and the peterborough result.

3-0

Butler to get two more and Sam to break his drought

Can't see Sam scoring this side of Christmas - he missed an absolute sitter last game. If Posh had equalised when they had the chance straight after our first goal we'd have seen a very different match too. Tight game coming, with a 1-0 or 2-0 win to us at the end.

Macc has some great songs:

Oh Macclesfield, oh Maclesfield
We never fail 'cause we sup ale in Macclesfield

The only thing we have to worry about on Saturday is complacency,
if we avoid that all i can see is a comfortable home win

3-0

I don't think it will be as easy as last night despite their league position but I still think we'll win 3-0.

We have a goal difference of +10, they have -11, therefore I expect a 0-0, im always cautious about the next game after administering a drubbing, I just hope DD can keep their feet on terra firma.

Confidently predict a 4-0 win, with all the goals coming in the second half. They will come and shut up shop I would imagine and hope to catch something on the break. However, once the deadlock is broken we should be playing with the confidence and verve we saw last night.

I really don't want us to get carried away about this. Ok, Macc are struggling and without a win so far this season, but they only lost 2-1 at Lincoln last night, who are above us in the table. Teams are not suddenly just going to roll over, not a team managed by Brian Horton [if he lasts that long] anyway.

I'll stick with a 2-0 win, but would be surprised if it is to be as easy as some on here suggest.

2 nil to the Saddlers.

Another professional performance expected. Can't imagine DD allowing the side to sit on their laurels.

On paper it should be no contest so on that proviso I am going for a dodgy 1-0 last minute scrambled goal win.

I see that Ian Brightwell won't be playing against us for Macclesfield, as he is out with a calf injury.

Shame, I was looking forward to giving him a decent reception, in thanks of the tremendous service that he gave to the Saddlers.
