We'll have Picked back for the game(s) he misses so no big loss in my opinion - except in this actual game of course!

Great result - just what was needed.

Could not make it (we tend to score big when I cannot get there) but at least Leamore could stretch his legs.

Cheers to the chat room crew - it's been fun

Excellent result tonight. A good bounce back from Saturday's result.

Fitting tribute to those no longer with us.

As everyone has said, a fitting tribute to Matt Gadsby RIP. Hope he enjoyed watching it from wherever he is now

Brilliant, i hope the kris taylor and fox cant play together myth is dispelled after that. both were brilliant, Whole team was class, however sam does unfortunately look the weak link, i thought Bedeau looked good when he came on, butler was deadly. wright actually played well, but still bottled challenges.

Gerrard - this man is a disgrace, 100% certain sending off. good thing hes going, we looked and played better when he went off.

Absolutely perfect performance, other than the sending off. A real tribute to lost friends...Matt Gadsby and our own SaddlerJim.

We strutted, we created chance after chance, we showed a sh!te team up to be exactly what they were, and it trully could have been double figures. It showed why we shouldn't be playing at this level, and it showed how good we can be in this league. Quite simply put, there are better Sunday League teams than some of the complete and utter dross on show in this league.

Butler got a hatrick - nuff said - could easily have got another couple. Mark Wright destroyed his marker, and even his biggest critics have got to accept that he was pretty much faultless tonight. He set up a couple of the goals, was completely unselfish in front of goal, and attacked with the ball at pace.

Taylor and Fox keep getting better and better with one another. They use the ball well, and recognise when to attack and when to defend. Fox's goal was great - just a shame he couldn't have finished like that on Saturday.

Westwood had his best game at right back, and did well at the back after Gerrard's sending off. The sending off, by the way, I didn't think was a sending off - but its understandable why he went. However, Kinsella put in a much worse challenge in the lead up to his booking.

Dobson and Keates looked so much better for being passed to, instead of by-passed like they were on Saturday!

So all in all...not much to complain about. I'm even watching Big Ron Manager, just to prolong the hilarity of it all. Apparently, they are that sh!t after all.

Well after the minutes silence i was prepared to say that'll do and go home. It really choked me up, brillintly observed and a nice biog of Matt to start the minute off. Well done everyone, you did him proud.

as to the match itself I'm a bit bemused by it to be honest. Did we slice them apart with our superb passing or were Posh just sh*t. I'll have to give it some thought.

For now I'll just point out something that happened in front of where we were sitting. When their second player was sent off (second booking foul and abusive language I assume to the female Lineswoman ) their no4 came over to her clapping sarcastically, gave her some lip ,THEN kissed her on the cheek. Now I think he should have been booked for that or am I being over sensitive? Mind you Sam patted the Sikh refs turban which wasnt much better really.

Think he meant "Going to miss some matches" not going as to another club...I may be wrong?????

Gerrard was NOT a disgrace, the referee very definitely WAS !

Gerrard went for a dropping ball, OK he was a bit high, but Benjamin was stooping low, it was NO bad foul, but a free kick I would certainly have accepted. Even maybe a yellow if the ref thought it was deliberate, which it wasn't, because Gerrard couldn't have had any idea that he would make contact with Benjamin.

A red card was utterly, utterly wrong, ludicrous, totally crazy, and thank goodness it didn't change the game even though for a while we had to swap the personnel and change the pattern.

Up to then I thought the referee had a good game, then he just lost it and we end up with 10 vs 9 in a game where the only bad foul came on Ishy in the last 5 minutes.

Great result, missed the minute's silence due to business commitments, but great to hear it was impeccably observed, as it always should be.

Off for a celebratory pint now, back later.
