Barnet 2 - 6 Walsall

Actually, I'm putting a fr*gging bet on that. Some bloke last season put a bet on Swansea beating us 2-5 - I remember standing behind him in the queue for the betting office - and he took some a couple of grand I believe. Get.

I think the goals will flow against either Grimsby or Macclesfield so I'm having this as another solid 1-0, Barnet are playing well at the minute and Dobbo will need a game to get back into it.

Could be a tricky one. Sh!t ground, against an even sh!tter team. I don't think we'll lose the unbeaten record, but I think it'll be a tight 1-0 win, or maybe even a low scoring draw. Another clean sheet would be brilliant, though.

Barnet 1-3 Walsall

Butler
Sam
Gerrard

I think we will have one magic half where we run riot and get 2 goals, the other half being a tight, edgy 1-1.

Will be good to see some Saddlers near my neck of the woods!

On paper it should be quite an easy game as I cannot see Barnet ripping up any trees this season and I feel that their first priority will be for survival and anything extra will be a bonus for them. My hart says big win for the saddlers but m head says another tight game 2-0 to the saddlers.

0-1 to the super saddlers. We will know the result of Chester v Swindon as they're playing friday night, so we could be going for the top spot!

I'll go with the score, but I'll stick my neck out on Gerrard getting his first goal for the club. I just have this feeling....

Anyone know for definite if the OS is correct and we're in the covered terrace? I thought away fans were normally in the uncovered MK Dons-esque temporary stand. Want to know if we're likely to get wet on Saturday!

This is apparently true, reason being that the so called temporary stand was chopped down to five rows last time they were relegated to The Conference. For the record Barnet's ground no longer even comes up to the criteria allowed for The Conference.

I went to Barnet v Macclesfield last season {was in london kicking my heels and Barnet were bizarrely top of the league at the time!}, i was in the south stand, doesnt hold much at all, but could have sworn it was more than 5 rows, saying that, my memory is getting worse by the day!

I thought they would have had to have got their ground up to standard by now or be expelled from the league as their new ground fell though I believe. If this is the case is it the FA turning a blind eye to a London club again?
