Joined them in January.

He was released from Blues back in June last year, after sustaining a bad injury... talk back then was that the injury was going to force him out of the game all together.

My bluenose mate, doesnt recall the type or extent of the injury, though.

We do not need Proudlock. He's overweight and overrated. As for this Tom Taylor, who is he, where's he been and what is he offering us?

A resonable performance according to the Fat Controller, considering it was, basically, trialists and fringe players and blisteringly hot (the ref called a break midway in both halves to take on water).

The tale that Proudlock was here to get fit seems to be the real reason after all, as I wouldn't have thought we'd be looking at signing him now.

For Bath Saddler's benefit, Tom Taylor was at Grimsby last season, is a midfielder and has a famous father (well, famous round here).

The Fat Controller also believes that Luckett is the England under 19 Internatonal one, ex Blues.

When the Fat Controller rang in, I could hardly hear him over the noise from the tannoy!
