Looks that way after the team last night. Probably a few kids as well so I might give it a miss I think and wait till Friday.

I seem to be making a habit about moaning about ticket prices. BUT, £8 adults and £4.50 for kids ???? 17 quid for me and the two mini fish for a second string game ? Noooo.

Apparently Bedeau and Constable are playing up-front, Keates may play some part and it says Pead, Gilmartin and Demontagnac will play - Source E&S. Francis may also appear. Not sure on the rest of the team.

Looks like I can't make it tonight anyway, my daughter has an awards night at Chase High school. Not much looking forward to sitting in a full, hot, sticky room for a couple of hours tonight.

That's nothing... you can get 20-1 on Padraig Harrington winning the open with Paddy Power... Gotta be worth £20. And if you bet with Paddy Power, then there E/W is 1/4 odds for a top 6 placing.

Yep - cheers Cheesebag - sorry couldn't make it to yours. Made all the worse due to my wife saying "that's so sad - the poor guy - he probably bought in loads of beer" at 5 minute intervals throughout the evening

Just a quickie for tonight, 3-2 win for a second sting saddlers, Constable took his goals well, second a super overhead kick. Bedeau looked off pace in a striker role.

We had a full back called "Kiss" playing for us!!!!

Demontagnac had one of his "Moments" and was immeadiatly substituted.

Tommy Taylor and Harry Harris both had a run out

Gilmartin made a couple of great saves but was positionally unaware at times.

Hednesford came at us strong in the second half and could have nicked a draw near the end.

Bonser, DD and Suntan were deep in conversation at the back of the main stand at full time. :?

Ishy substituted at Mr Sheffield's request

He's got the potential, so why persist with the atitude? He's a headcase who's heading into trouble at this rate

Reasonable game, questionable entrance fee.

Inevitably, people are going to say that we played against weak opposition tonight, but I thought Constable was superb in the first half and even in the second half looked a vast improvement on the player we saw last season. His first tough has improved without a doubt and his movement is also much better - he will drop deep or come wide to receive the ball.
The most important thing about Constable is his goalscoring. Nobody else on the pitch would have done what he did to score his second, and his first involved him gambling on their defender missing the ball to enable him to have a free run at goal.

In addition, I thought the left back we had playing tonight looked quite useful and looked very composed. Don't know what his name was, but just heard "Georgie" being shouted at him occasionally.
Also, does anyone know who the gobby scouser was - the number 8 who was playing in the middle of midfield. He looked way off the pace initially, but improved as the game went on.

Missed Constable's second due to trying to glance at a blokes teamsheet as he passed, in a bid to find out who number 8 was, and missed Hednesford's first as three female lottery ticket sellers walked past, one in the shortest pair of shorts I've ever seen :) .

Other than that, not much to add from the others.

Did say "alright mate" to Kris Taylor on the way out.

The "gobby Scouse" no. 8 was Scott Willis (ex-Wigan, Carlisle, Mansfield, Halifax, Lincoln, Northwitch, Hereford and Halifax) and the no. 3 was George Kiss (plenty of scope for the punsters on this board, eh, cheesebag? :D

What did Ishy lose his rag over this time and how did he respond this time? I imagine that lad will be sailing close to the wind with Dicky.
