Swansea (A)- 12/03/06- League

Wed Mar 08, 2006 11:25 am

Ill start the ball rolling.

After playing well up there with Paul Mersons Walsall.
Im confident that Kevans Broadhursts Walsall will go there and get a 1-1 draw.

Actually, it's quite a big ask at the Liberty Stadium. Have you seen their electronic scoreboard? It's tiny!

Whatever happens the pride is back, isn't it great to listen about a Walsall side that could have been 4-0 up at half-time away to a team that is chasing promotion. Promotion that we could have been chasing had it not been for the biggest idiot ever to darken the Bescot doors.

Spot on Geordie,if we had gone down fighting ok,but to lose with no passion or lack of trying is another thing,at least there is some passion back in the club now.

WM questioning Broadhurst's tactical change with 10 minutes left...

Took Osborn off, who was "running the show", put Westwood at the back. Moved Mills from the back to midfield.

Defensive substitution, very similar to what Graydon used to do.

Backfired.

Why don't the commentators just say "bring back Merson", they're blaming KB for the changes and priasing Merson for signing Devlin! It's friggin' unbelievable, we lost 5-2 at home to these under Merson and would have been 5-0 down by the time Ossy ran out of steam.

GREAT RESULT WELL DONE KB AND THE LADS.
